Eligibility Criterion

Education: Any Graduates from a recognized university with minimum 50% marks
Age: Candidate must be up to 25 years of Age, at the time of application.

Recruitment Process

First Phase - Personal Interview(Telephonic/ Video-conference/ Face-to-face) for Shortlisted Applicants only
Second Phase - Online Assessment
Third Phase - Document Submission & Offer Letter Acceptance
Final Phase - Payment of Fees to Manipal Global & Training Program Enrollment

(Candidate need to pay the course fee 1.5 lakh + Applicable Taxes in advance &
80% of this will be refunded to candidate as stipend during training period itself)

Candidate will be awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in Health Insurance after this 12-months Training Program:-

First Phase – 4 months Classroom Training at Manipal Global, Bangalore Campus

Second Phase –2 months Internship at one of the Apollo Munich Zonal Head Office: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata (as applicable)

Third Phase – 6 months at Apollo Munich Branch Office, nearest to your hometown (subject to vacancy)
After successful completion of Training, from 13th month onwards candidate will be joining in one of the three Designations & Departments as mentioned below with an Annual Salary Rs.3 Lakh + Attractive Incentives:-

1. Agency Development Manager (Agency Department)
2. Channel Sales Manager (Bancassurance Department)
3.Relationship Manager (D2C Department)

Job responsibilities will be made clear during the Training Program and mentoring will be provided accordingly.
Candidates’ choice of interest will be taken into consideration on the Department and the Location of work, subject to availability.

Responsible for effective execution of the Bancassurance & Affinity (B & A) strategy through the team.
Broaden & sustain existing business base
Acquire new partners & ensure their activation for spread of business
Ensure service levels as per desired standards in dealings with producers
Adhere to performance standards for the team

Job Role: Channel sales Manager

Responsible for execution of the organizational strategy to ensure desired business results
Responsible for recruitment of Agents to ensure achievement of business targets
Accountable for Training and Development of Each Agent thus recruited
Broadening & sustaining existing business base among the Channel Partners
Maintain & enhance service levels provided to the clients thus ensuring sustenance of the existing business.
Explorations & identification of new business avenues by way of cold calling, generation of referrals or business leads & networking
To identify the area of improvement & enhancing business opportunity
Channel Partners engagement & networking to gain market feedback & to identify further business avenues
