Position: Service Engineer
Job Responsibility
  • Perform hands-on troubleshooting, service and repairs
  • Provide high level technical support to external customers at their location
  • Interface with cross functional work teams such as field applications, customer support/services, product management.
  • Develop Service technical documentation
  • Create and maintain service information in the company enterprise database
  • Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits, triage with field applications scientists as appropriate
  • Timely complete and submit all required paperwork
  • Diagnosis and troubleshooting of repair jobs
  • Order, install, and return hardware parts and manage repair parts cycle time
  • If any software related issue then update the issue in the software.
Qualification: Graduate/Diploma holder with good technical Background
Experience: 1 Yrs to 4 Yrs and fresher with good communication and technical knowledge
Salary - 10,000 to 15,000
