Job description

• Preparation of industry presentations, thought leadership documents, proposals, newsletters, etc.
• Analysis of financial information of companies, etc. and preparation of working documents and reports in consultation with the Partner.
• Tracking industry developments, policy changes, transactions and collating the above into specified format.
• Working on management consulting assignments:- Strategy consulting, M&A consulting, corporate finance, etc.
• Business development

The role involves an M&A/investment banking and strategy consulting profile.

Candidates having extensive experience in preparing management consulting / industry reports in powerpoint / prezi and extensive hands on experience in Microsoft Excel (including Macros) and Microsoft Word shall be preferred.

Required qualifications and experience:

Associate - Candidates with Professional degree (CA / CFA / MBA (Finance) - Freshers only

Analyst - Candidates without Professional degree - 0 to 1 years relevant experience
