Caution against fraudulent job offers!
We have been informed of instances where jobseekers are led to believe of fictitious job opportunities with Deloitte India (“Deloitte”). In one or more such cases, false promises of actual or potential selection, or initiation or completion of the recruitment formalities appear to have been or are being made. Some jobseekers appear to have been asked to pay money to specified bank accounts of individuals or entities as a condition of their selection for a ‘job’ with Deloitte. These individuals or entities are in no way connected with Deloitte and do not represent or otherwise act on behalf of Deloitte.
We Would Like To Clarify That
- At Deloitte, ethics and integrity are fundamental and not negotiable.
- We are against corruption and neither offer bribes nor accept them, nor induce or permit any other party to make or receive bribes on our behalf.
- We have not authorised any party or person to collect any money from jobseekers in any form whatsoever for promises of getting jobs in Deloitte.

Analyst/Senior Analyst – Creative Services - Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited

Supporting the Hyderabad Creative Lead, you will play a key role in designing compelling and differentiated creative output across a broad range of strategic project and marketing campaigns.
Work you’ll do
As a Creative Services Analyst, you will be responsible for
- Contributing in the development of marketing and pursuit design assignments and other related communication assets and collaterals for print and digital media
- Work with the client account team, marketing team, and internal team to develop concepts and creative solutions on high value client facing projects
- Manage multiple concurrent assignments; adhering to the defined quality and project management approach and delivering on time, managing the delivery schedules/ deadlines with the team
- Contribute in the story boarding with Illustrations, concept development, theme development for print and interactive assets
- Develop and execute visually compelling creative design concepts, layouts, templates for marketing and pursuit collaterals (brochures, presentations, infographics, promotional assets, interactive assets)
- Brand compliance and formatting of marketing and pursuit collaterals and assets for print and digital space
- Collaborate with the offshore and onshore teams, from understanding of an expectation, execution to delivery
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 6.30 AM to 03.30 PM/ 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM (Based on Business requirements)

Required
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s/Master’s degree preferably in Fine Arts (Applied)
- Fresher or 1 to 4 years of experience in Graphic design, print media, 2 - 4 years of creative design/ visual communication design in Marketing/ Marketing Communication design space or related discipline
- Experience of working with offshore Business scenario
- Experience in Adobe Creative Suite; specifically advanced level of work experience in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and mastery level in Adobe InDesign
- Executing formatting and design skills in MS Office tools will be an added advantage
Preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to work/engage with senior stakeholders in a virtual setup
- Ability to gather design brief from requestor with an ability to summarize a reverse brief
- Ability to think creatively, aesthetically, independently and having good knowledge on all the media and current trends
- Ability to work independently under ambiguity
