Role

• The Problem Manager is responsible for tracking and managing all problems within the environment to ensure technology services are delivered and meet customer business needs/ expectations,
• Strong problem solving skills and the ability to logically break down a problem into smaller manageable parts to solve, ITIL best practices and support processes, Ability to organize, delegate, and leverage resources to accomplish objectives,

• Ensure the successful, timely proactive resolution of complex issues, including notification and escalation of high priority incidents and outages across Network Services Delivery groups,
• Proactive prevention of problems – Trend analysis, targeting support action and communication,
