Engagement Overview (Portals Service Centre and Digital Development - OGS): The DEV team is responsible for Design, Development, Unit Testing, QA Support, Release/Deployment & Post Production Warranty Support. Primary Responsibilities: Analysis, design, debugging problems, QA support, providing code fixes & testing Ensure timely deliveries for all assigned tasks as per SPRF timelines Ensure timely update to stakeholders Ensure availability over weekends/holidays as may be needed due to project requirements Provide technical leadership to the team Mentor and guide them whenever required Adherence to the defined DEV delivery process/guidelines like Design & Development, Implementation, Change Management, SLA Compliance, productivity and other application goals etc. Design and implement Adobe CQ Templates, Components, libraries based on CRX, CQ and sling guidelines Participate in Design reviews, Code reviews, Test Case reviews and Application readiness reviews for new releases provide inputs for Go/No Go decision Participate in various application process initiatives like QMS, CMMI, ISDM, PMR, etc. Develop innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor Participatein monthly PMR Provide inputs and direction to associates on the team for design and implementation Conduct root cause analysis on all incidents and recommend a corrective action plan Achieve harmonious working relationships with business partners and within team Manage customer relationship by communicating Adobe CQ architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues Required Qualifications: EB. Tech/MTECH/MS Graduate (Minimum 16 years of formal education, correspondence courses are not relevant) Total IT Experience should be between 2-4 years 2+ years of hands on experience in building and deploying enterprise level Web Content Management solutions on Adobe CQ 5.3 or above 2+ years strong experience on UI Technologies like Angular JS, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, JQuery Background in healthcare industry applications development and support Strong experience on Responsive Design, wireframes creation Experience working with Adobe CQ 5.x integration with third party applications like SSO, Analytics etc. Deep knowledge on Multi-channel publish Very good knowledge of Java Content Repository (API) suite, Sling web framework and Apache Felix OSGi framework Good experience on Java, JSP, Servlets, Ajax, XML, and JSON web technologies Experience working on RESTFUL and SOAP based web services Experience in advanced features such as multi-site and multi-channel delivery, personalization/targeting, content aggregation & syndication, multi-lingual support, automated workflow management, social media etc. Sound knowledge of SDLC Understanding on Mobility Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience and desire to work within a fast-paced, iterative development environment Preferred Qualification: Experience with Agile Technology Careers with Optum. Information and technology have amazing power to transform the health care industry and improve people's lives.
