Position: Virtual Center Manager
Job Responsibility
1 - To manage the entire day-to-day operations of the center, drive the team toachieve the KPIs , manage the P/L and revenue of the center
2 - The Centre Manager is responsible for driving the operations of the centre smoothly
3 - Overseeing daily center operations and coordinating center activities through assigned staff
4 - Supervising the activities of the team
5 - Meeting daily service repair needs and driving customer satisfaction
6 - Dealing with customers and resolving customer issues as and whenrequired
7 - Resolving staff problems and complaints
8 - Preparing various MIS reports(Daily Finance report,Review report,etc)or other special reports for management
9 - To Ensure Authorized Repairs are carried as per the SOPs.
10 - To maintain & adhere to the prescribed KPIs as required from theOEM,
11 - To drive team members to Achieve Revenue & EBIDTA Targets & ensureprofitability of the Centre
Qualification: Graduate
Experience: 5+ Yrs exp with good technical knowledge
Salary - 6 lacs
Location - Hyderabad
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹30,000.00 to ₹35,000.00 /month
