Consultant–Global Consulting Learning Curriculum Team (GCLO)

The Global Consulting Platform works with ConsultingLeaders worldwide on cross-geography client and practice developmentstrategies. With over 65,000 people worldwide, Global Consulting isfocused on delivering the workforce strategies to serve clients with seamlessexcellence, to be at the forefront of innovation and ideation and to lead theconsulting industry globally.
The Key Areas Of Its Impact Include
The Global Consulting Talent Platform has stood up a globallearning organization under the leadership of the Global Consulting ChiefLearning Officer. The Global Consulting Learning Organization (GCLO) has beenestablished as a dynamic, innovative learning organization in a green-fieldenvironment.
Collaborate across borders and act as a trusted advisor with Services,Sector, Talent and Learning leadership to globalize a core curriculum
Advise business leaders on best L&D approaches to build targetcapabilities to achieve business performance goals.
Directly impact global clients' experience of consistent, commonexcellence across geographies and resulting business's economics.
Create and orchestrate curriculum/portfolio plan including measurementand evaluation strategy. Facilitate global governance to sustain learningintegrity and assets
Your Other Responsibilities Will Include
Provideadministrative and technical assistance for users of the Global ConsultingLearning Library
Workwith Global Learning Leaders on Library content refresh (adding and/or retiringcontent)
Monitorcompliance of content with global consulting learning standards and taxonomy
Evolvetechnical solution to integrate external content and to improve end userexperience
Supportglobal consulting learning reporting
Attributes
- Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels (e.g., staff through leadership)
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and address challenges effectively
- Proven ability to execute multiple deliverables concurrently
- Strong analytical (both quantitative and qualitative), problem solving and organizational skills
- Proactive, self-motivated and demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal guidance
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work successfully in a team setting
