AECOM has been selected as the program management consultant for a prestigious commercial building project i.e Retail Sector in Hyderabad. As a result, we are seeking highly skilled Project Management professionals in the capacity of Junior Manager - MEP to deliver for client organization. Job Duties: Potential candidates should have following experience and knowledge: - + Responsible for MEP Coordination like Electrical , Plumbing , Hvac , Fire fighting ,OT , Gas lines ,STP , WTP , RO water system ,RO softener plant, FA , PA , ACS , CCTV ,Elevators , IT , Stack parking , Pre-numanitic system , Solar water , Solar Electric , Dump waiters , Life lines , Exhaust fans & Attending MEP coordination meetings with all Contractors. + Oversee all aspects of the day-to-day work progress of project with contractor. Initiate the project plan and review of progress against set targets. + Ensure that the works are installed to the specifications, quality and other requirements detailed in the contract documents. + Meet Consultant for technical approval and related issues etc. + Co-ordinate with Main Contractors, QS for invoicing, payment collection. + Manage Project supervision, scheduling, target monitoring with reviewing or progress reports / taking appropriate action to achieve the end result. + Manage preparation /submission of engineering submittals MEP services including submission of coordinated services shop drawings and tracking schedules etc. + Testing & commissioning of all the MEP Services duly recording the Commissioning. + Making the snag list of all contractors and ensure de snagging of all snags + Closing the Project in coordination with the MEP Consultants including preparing & submitting the HANDING OVER DOCUMENTS from all the contractors through the MEP Consultants. Specific Skills Required : + Examples could include: + Specific Language requirements + Good working knowledge of FIDIC contracts or similar + Specific systems or tools used – ETABS, SAFE etc. + Specific industry and project experience – ports, rail, highways + Requirements for driving licenses + Mandatory Professional Certifications Person Specification : + Safeguard - To operate ethically and with integrity, while prioritising safety and security in all that you do + Be decisive - Know how to prioritize, advocate focus and accountability + Be impactful - Use clear and frequent communications, drive execution and results. + Be client-focused - Be collaborative, innovative and strategic. + Be the role model - Lead by example, demand excellence, maintain safety and integrity as top priorities Minimum Requirements + Diploma/Degree (Electrical) + Plumbing & Firefighting design knowledge. + Strong communication skills + Should have at least 6 years of experience and have worked in commercial retail projects. + Engineering graduate in mechanical. + Proven skills in challenging assignment as a Plumbing and Fire Fighting Engineer. Preferred Qualifications + Excellent communication skills + Prior experience in similar projects.
