Our PG Edge data platform securely manages multi-party data and our PG Axis programmatic private marketplace uses a publisher’s audience profiles to enable precision advertising. NOTE: We are looking for candidates with 3 - 7 years of experience who are local to Hyderabad and available within 60 days About the Role: We are looking for a talented, hard-working Software Engineer / Developer to join our rapidly expanding team in Hyderabad The incumbent will process and analyze terabytes of data for more than 250 million users (and growing) within Personagraph’s Engineering team The incumbent will work with cutting edge Big Data technologies and apply Machine Learning algorithms to understand our users’ behavior and will frequently switch between different technologies such as Hadoop, AeroSpike, Spark, Elasticsearch, NodeJS, Python, Java, Javascript, Scala and others. Responsibilities Design and build custom solutions, tailored to suit needs above the product scope Design and develop interfaces to integrate with the Personagraph Platform Working with the QA team and troubleshooting any issues that may arise in production environment Understanding the existing systems and proposing improvements in light of the customer usage of the platform Requirements Bachelors in Computer Science or related fields with 3+ years experience Must have Skills Atleast 3+ years of experience in Java or Python 3+ years of Object Oriented Design experience working on backend systems Experience working with and evaluating open source technologies and demonstrated ability to make objective choices Some experience working with Big Data and NoSQL technologies like Hadoop, Storm, or Spark Ability to design for performance, scalability, and availability line 6 days ago - save job  - original job
